How the readings are produced
Each interpretation combines three inputs: the fixed core meaning of the card, the note attached to the position it occupies in the selected spread, and the note attached to its facing relative to the board. Direction is read relative to the board, not the card — left is the past field, right is the outcome field.
The sample data covers all 36 Lenormand cards and three spreads. Position notes are drawn from the same source material as the free reference entries.
